A message from UniBank's UniPay Team:
As many of you may be already aware there was a processing error of the May 1st UniPay payment file which resulted in a duplication of payments (Today, May 6th). We are diligently working to correct this, and all funds will be returned by tomorrow morning. We sincerely apologize to both you and your resident/customers, and we will reimburse any fees that may occur from this issue. We are attempting to put in place an email notification to all those who made their payments on May 1st to apologize and make them aware that the situation is being corrected.
