The Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 PM
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2013 in the LOWER TOWN HALL,
322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA
On the following applications:
- That of BRUCE AND AMY HEIDKE, applicants and owners, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 5500 of the Zoning Bylaws, to allow a 675 s.f. Accessory Dwelling Unit, property shown on Town Map B07 as Parcel 0029, 51 POWDER MILL ROAD, Residential Zone A-1. #13-33
- That of MATTHEW DEAVILA, applicant and owner of property, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 2420 of the Zoning Bylaws, to construct a 24.3×14 foot attached garage addition on a nonconforming lot which will result in a front yard setback deficiency of approximately 17.1 feet, property shown on Town Map G07 as Parcel 0012, 215 HUDSON ROAD, Residential Zone A-1. #13-34
