NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 PM

Monday, March 3, 2014 in the Lower Town Hall,

322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA

 

On the following application:

 

  1. That of JOHN AND LAURA PORTER, applicants and owners, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 2420 of the Zoning Bylaw, to construct an addition measuring approximately 16’x28’ on a nonconforming lot to be located approximately 4 feet from the side yard resulting in a side yard setback deficiency of approximately 16 feet, property shown on Town Map K07 as Parcel 0402 located at 2 WOODLAND ROAD, Residential Zone A-1.  #14-6

 

  1. That of SUDBURY — FAIRFIELD INN, applicant, and OS Sudbury LLC, owner, for a modification to Special Permit #09-32, to allow two new guest rooms to replace the previously approved spa, property shown on Town Map K05 as Parcel 0007 located at 738 BOSTON POST ROAD, Business District Zone 6.  #14-7

 

The application is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Petitioners must be present or send authorized representative.
