NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 PM

MONDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2014 in the LOWER TOWN HALL MEETING ROOM

322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA

 

On the following applications:

  1. That of FIRST COLONY NORTHWOOD LLC, applicants, and NORTHWOOD AT SUDBURY CONDOMINIUM TRUST, owners, to re-open the hearings related to ZBA decisions under Case 10-30 and 12-10 in accordance with the Land Court’s decision and remand dated July 8, 2014, property shown on Town Map C11 as Parcel 0302, 10-20 NORTHWOOD DRIVE, Research District. #14-27
  2. That of MARCEL MAILLET, L.P. MAILLET & SON, INC., applicant, and JOHN HEALY, owner, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 2460B of the Zoning Bylaw, to reconstruct an existing residence measuring approximately 2,053 s.f. on a nonconforming lot that would exceed the area of the original structure, property shown on Town Map C07 as Parcel 0109, 46 GREENWOOD ROAD, Residential Zone A-1. #14-28
  3. That of DAVID BUSH, POST ROAD CLOTHIER, applicant, and NANCY B. TAYLOR, owner, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 3290 of the Zoning Bylaw, to allow a freestanding business sign measuring up to 8 s.f., property shown on Town Map K09 as Parcel 0027, 8 CONCORD ROAD, Village Business District. #14-29

The applications are on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
