Featherland Park Tennis Court Renovations Phase 2
The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, represented by the Town Manager, the awarding authority, invites sealed bids for:

CONTRACT 2019-FP-1
BID DEPOSIT: 5% of the total bid price
BID OPENING: 04/23/19 @ 11:00 AM
in accordance with drawings, specifications and conditions for said project.
In accordance with M.G.L. c.30, Section 39M, the Town of Sudbury seeks sealed bids for the 2019 Featherland Park Tennis Courts Renovation Phase 2. Bid documents may be obtained online at www.biddocsonline.com (may be viewed electronically and hardcopy requested).
A refundable bid document deposit of $50/set is required, payable to BidDocs Online, Inc. Deposits may be paid electronically or must be made with a certified or cashier’s check. Mailing fee is $40/set (non-refundable), payable to BidDocs Online, Inc. (electronically or certified or cashier’s check).
THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.biddocsonline.com. General Bids will be received until 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 and publicly opened online, forthwith.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday April 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Department of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776. A site visit will follow shortly thereafter.
All Bids shall be submitted electronically online at www.biddocsonline.com no later than the date and time specified above.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of treasurers check, certified check payable to the Town of Sudbury, bid bond from a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and satisfactory to the Town, or a cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank or trust company payable to the Town of Sudbury. The amount of such bid deposit shall be 5% of total bid.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment and performance bond as set forth in the bid documents. Attention is called to the requirements of minimum wage rates, as set forth in the contract documents, which shall be paid on this project.
All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after bid opening.
The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, or to accept any total bid or unit price which he deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.
