In May of 2015, Town Meeting voted to allow the Selectmen to enter into an agreement with an electric aggregator to supply electricity to all residents who choose to participate.  An important element of the process leading to approval of the aggregation plan of a municipality by the DPU is to allow for review of the aggregation plan by its citizens. In order to comply with the law, Sudbury citizens must be made aware of the upcoming DPU Hearing in Boston. This posting is the legal requirement to publicly post the hearing on the Towns web-site. All Sudbury residents are encouraged to read the posting, and call or email the energy committee with questions. For the phone call, dial Jim Kelly at 978-440-5466 anytime and he will respond on behalf on the Energy Committee.
