Fiscal year 3rd and 4th quarter real estate tax bills will be mailed on December 29, 2017, however, if you would like to pay in calendar year 2017 (year-end December 31, 2017) you have the following options:

  • Payments can be made on-line by going to https://unipaygold.unibank.com/customerinfo.aspx or www.sudbury.ma.us and clicking on “Payments” at the top of the screen.  Online payments made by midnight on December 31, 2017 will be credited as paid in calendar year 2017.
  • You can stop by our first floor office in the Flynn Building (the white building in front of the Peter Noyes School) at 278 Old Sudbury Road.  Handicap access is available via an outside ramp and inside elevator at the North end of the building.  Our regular office hours are 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Tuesday; 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Friday.  Friday December 29, 2017 is the last day that payments will be credited as calendar year 2017 (office closes at 12:30 pm).
  • If you’ve received your tax bill, you can also drop off your payment from the convenience of your car using the drop-off box outside the Flynn Building (No Cash); if doing so, please enclose your payment in an envelope along with the Collector’s copy of your tax bill so we can properly credit your account. Drop-off box payments made by midnight on December 31, 2017 will be credited as paid in calendar year 2017.

If you need your FY18 real estate tax bill balance or have additional questions, please contact the Treasurer’s Office at (978) 639-3376 or stop by our office in the Flynn Building, and we will be happy to assist you.
