H1N1 Clinic Open to General Public 2/9 (Tues) 4-7 pm

A H1N1 Vaccination Clinic provided through the Sudbury Board of Health will be held on Tuesday February 9th, from 4-7pm
The clinic will be held in the DPW conference room, located at 275 Old Lancaster Rd.
***Registration will be required as we have a finite supply, please let us know of your interest in participating AND WHAT TIME you will come in (4-5, 5-6, or 6-7) by calling 978-443-2209 ext 1366 or e-mail health@sudbury.ma.us
