The Sudbury Board of Health in conjunction with the Sudbury Medical Reserve Corps will be holdingFlu Vaccine Clinics on November 6th from 9am-12pm and 1-3pm at Noyes School Cafeteria. If you would like to register for a clinic please fill out the following registration form located at http://sudbury.ma.us/flu/. You will receive a registration number after you submit the fully completed form.
UPDATE: we have 100 injectable vaccine available for those that cannot receive FluMist (ages over 49 or having underlying medical conditions such as asthma)
