  • Rent: 30% of net income. 
  • Accessibility: four accessible units

State Public Housing for Families (c. 705):

Scattered-site. Nine 2-bedroom; six 3-bedroom; one 4-bedroom unit.

  • Income eligibility: up to 80% AMI.
  • Rent: 27% of net income. 
  • Accepting applications (10/18/18).

Income Limit 80% Boston AMI :

1-person household – $51,150; 2-person household – $58,450

3-person household – $65,750; 4-person household – $73,050

5-person household – $78,900; 6-person household – $84,750

7-person household – $90,600

 

Sudbury Duplexes (project-based subsidy):

Scattered-site. Ten 2-bedroom; one 3-bedroom unit.

  • Income eligibility: up to 50% AMI.
  • Rent: 30% of net income; balance paid by subsidy.
  • Minimum credit score required.
  • One full month’s rent required (2-BR: $1,770; 3-BR: $2,227). 
  • No pets; no smoking.
  • Accepting applications (11/8/18).

 

Current Income Limits for Sudbury Duplexes

Income Limit 50% Boston AMI :

1-person household – $37,750; 2-person household – $43,150

3-person household – $48,550; 4-person household – $53,900

5-person household – $58,250

 

Income Limit 30% Boston AMI :

1-person household – $22,650; 2-person household – $25,900

3-person household – $29,150; 4-person household – $32,350

5-person household – $34,950

 

SHA Local Initiative Program (LIP)

One 3-bedroom single-family home.

  • Income eligibility: up to 80% AMI.
  • Rent: 30% of net income; up to $1,855.
  • Mobile rental voucher may be used.
  • Minimum credit score required.
  • One full month’s rent required.
  • No pets; no smoking.
  • Not accepting applications; no anticipated opening date.

 

Current Income Limits for LIP

Income Limit 80% Boston AMI :

1-person household – $56,800; 2-person household – $64,900

3-person household – $73,000; 4-person household – $81,100

5-person household – $87,600
