State Public Housing for Elderly/Disabled (c. 667):

Musketahquid Village, 55 Hudson Road; 64 one-bedroom units.

  • Income eligibility: up to 80% AMI.
  • Rent: 30% of net income. 
  • Accessibility: four accessible units
  • Accepting applications  

State Public Housing for Families (c. 705):

Scattered-site. Nine 2-bedroom; six 3-bedroom; one 4-bedroom unit.

  • Income eligibility: up to 80% AMI.
  • Rent: 27% of net income. 
  • Accepting applications 

 

Current Income Limits for State Public Housing

Income Limit 80% Boston AMI :

1-person household – $70,750; 2-person household – $80,850

3-person household – $90,950; 4-person household – $101,050

5-person household – $109,150; 6-person household – $117,250

7-person household – $125,350

 

Sudbury Duplexes (project-based subsidy):

Scattered-site. Ten 2-bedroom; one 3-bedroom unit.

  • Income eligibility: up to 50% AMI.
  • Rent: 30% of net income; balance paid by subsidy.
  • Minimum property management risk score required.
  • One full month’s rent required (2-BR: $2,734; 3-BR: $3,386). 
  • No pets; no smoking.
  • Accepting applications 

 

Current Income Limits for Sudbury Duplexes

Income Limit 50% Boston AMI :

1-person household – $49,100; 2-person household – $56,100

3-person household – $63,100; 4-person household – $70,100

5-person household – $75,750

 

Income Limit 30% Boston AMI :

1-person household – $29,450; 2-person household – $33,650

3-person household – $37,850; 4-person household – $42,050

5-person household – $45,450

 

SHA Local Initiative Program (LIP)

One 3-bedroom single-family home.

  • Income eligibility: up to 80% AMI.
  • Rent: currently $2,100.
  • Mobile rental voucher may be used.
  • Minimum property management risk score required.
  • One full month’s rent required.
  • No pets; no smoking.
  • Accepting Applications 

Current Income Limits for LIP

Income Limit 80% Boston AMI :

1-person household – $78,300; 2-person household – $89,500

3-person household – $100,700; 4-person household – $111,850

5-person household – $120,800
