Sudbury Housing Authority invites proposals in accordance with M.G.L. chapter 30B § 6 for the design-build redevelopment of four (4) scattered-site single-family homes into four (4) two-family homes for approximately eight (8) affordable housing units. The selected Respondent (“Project Delivery Provider”) will be responsible for providing project delivery services, including full design, permitting, construction, utility connections, and inspection compliance at the four sites.
