The Sudbury Housing Trust is accepting applications for the Small Grants Program, designed to provide assistance to Sudbury residents to make repairs and alterations to their homes for safety and health reasons.

The Small Grant Flyer  provides more information. The Small Grant Program Application is designed to be simple and quick, with grants awarded for up to $6,000 each.

The Small Grant Program Agreement is a document that the recipient of the grant will need to sign.  Applications will be evaluated and prioritized based on health and safety considerations, and financial need of the applicant.

Green Building Resources for Homeowners
The Housing Trust supports the creation and preservation of affordable housing in the Sudbury for the benefit of low and moderate income households. The Housing Trust also promotes housing that is durable, energy efficient, and healthy because of the short and long-term benefits to residents, their utility bills, and the environment. The Housing Trust has compiled a list of resources to assist homeowners when considering repairs or renovations: in learning more about sustainable building practices, materials, and equipment: and in understanding the financial rebate and incentive programs available to Massachusetts residents.
