The application period is now open for five units of new construction housing at Andover Estates Condominiums, a residential development complex consisting of 20 for-sale condominium units allocated on 5.76 acre site at 1582 Andover Street in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
There are three 2BR units for $168,800 and two 3BR units for $187,800. These are well appointed units with granite counters, high-end cabinetry, hardwood floors and stainless steel Energy Star rated appliances (microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher), and there is a washer/dryer connection.
