Sudbury Summer Camp Jobs
Sudbury Park and Recreation is seeking staff for our popular Sudbury Summer program. Sudbury Summer is a classic day camp for children ages 5-10 held at the recently renovated Fairbank Community Center. We offer a full menu of activities every session. Campers rotate through a mix of fun, creative, and active programming designed for each age group, including: sports & team games, arts & crafts, theatre & music activities, daily aquatics and STEM program activities, plus special events, shows and field trips (age group dependent).

- Camp Director
$26.00-$35.00/hour - Camp Assistant Director
$21.00-$26.00/hour - Inclusion Specialist
$17.00-$19.50/hour (Intern-level); $23.00-$26.00 (Level 2) - Activity Specialist
$16.00-$22.00/hour - Camp Counselor
$15.50-$18.50/hour (plus additional pay if CPR/First Aid certified).
Note: posted pay rates are ranges; starting pay will based on qualifications.
Positions are seasonal and not eligible for benefits with the Town. Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM while camp is in session (June 29, 2026 – August 7, 2026, closed 7/4/26) and must attend pre-camp training.
