Sudbury Adventure Leader and Counselors
Sudbury Park and Recreation is seeking a Leader and Counselors for the Sudbury Adventure program. Sudbury Adventure is a field-trip based program for middle schoolers, where we embark on a different adventure every day! Classic favorites return alongside brand-new trips, events, and destinations.

- Adventure Leader
$20.00-$25.00/hour - Adventure Counselor
$16.00-$18.50/hour
Note: posted pay rates are ranges; starting pay will based on qualifications.
Positions are seasonal and not eligible for benefits with the Town. Must be available Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM while program is in session (June 29, 2026 – August 6, 2026, closed 7/4/26; Tuesday trips return approx. 4:30 pm) and must attend pre-camp training.
