The Town of Sudbury is seeking a responsible and motivated individual to perform secretarial/administrative duties in our Planning and Community Development Office 19 hours per week. Responsibilities consist of clerical and support work assisting the Planning Director and staff with duties such as responding to telephone/in person inquiries relative to the department’s operation and procedures, incoming mail, telephone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings for department personnel, attending meetings, taking minutes, account reconciliation and other related duties. Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal, communication, computer and database skills; and be proficient/extremely accurate in record keeping. Municipal/planning experience preferred.

Starting salary range: $19.87 to $21.46 per hour.
