TOWN OF SUDBURY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA, on the application of the Town of Sudbury, applicant and owner, for Site Plan approval to construct an approximately 14,500 sq. ft. building and associated improvements for a new Police Headquarters on an approximately13.5 acre parcel of land located at 77 Hudson Road, zoned A-Residential and within the Town Center Historic District and Water Resource Protection District Zone III, Town Assessor Map G08-0008. 

Copies of the plan and application are on file in the Planning and Community Development Office and the Town Clerk and may be inspected during regular office hours. Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place designated.
