for the removal of one (1), 36” Oak tree and one (1) 15” Pine tree along a designated Scenic Road for the property located at 223 Old Lancaster Road (Assessor’s Map J08-0101). The trees are found to be within the Town’s Right of Way. A request for the removal has been duly filed and each tree shall bear a notice of the public hearing.
