Electricity Outage Scheduled Tuesday, December 15 at 3:15PM

On Tuesday, December 15th at approximately 3:15PM, Eversource will conduct a planned service interruption in parts of Sudbury. Sections of Mossman Road will be impacted for approximately 6.5 hours while they replace a circuit. The outage may last in other areas for approximately 10-15 minutes as they switch over and pick up load from elsewhere. The outage is scheduled to begin at 3:15PM in order to reduce impact on remote learning for L-SRHS and SPS students. Eversource is sensitive to the forecasted weather event and will do their best NOT to put anyone in harm’s way regarding the cold. If the circuit fails, there could be larger problems.
