Sudbury Recycling and Energy Drive
Residents of the town of Sudbury are invited to attend a Recycling and Energy Drive brought to you by Mass Save, Green Team Junk Removal, Habitat for Humanity, National Grid, Eversource, the Town of Sudbury, and State Representative Carmine Gentile’s office.
The event will take place Saturday, December 4th from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Curtis Middle School (22 Pratts Mill Road, Sudbury).
There is a $10 fee per car for residents bringing furniture and electronics for recycling. Furniture and electronics are donated to Habitat for Humanity and items which are not suitable for re-use are discarded. Residents can also turn in an old dehumidifier and receive $30 from Eversource. There is no fee for residents turning in a dehumidifier only. Mass Save will have a table at the drive to provide information on energy conservation for homeowners in Sudbury.
Furniture and electronics must be clean and usable. Couches, love seats, recliners, wood kitchen tables, kitchen chairs, end tables, dressers, bureaus, nightstands, and desks are accepted.
