Local food vendors are invited to apply for a space. Applications are due 9/20/24.

Sudbury Flynn Building Parking Lot – OUTSIDE
278 Old Sudbury Rd, Sudbury, MA 01776
Peter Noyes Elementary – INSIDE
280 Old Sudbury Rd, Sudbury, MA 01776
- NO VENDOR FEE
- For Food Hall (indoor) vendors: 6′ space, table & chairs provided
- Sudbury Health Department Permit Required
- Food Truck ($75)
- Indoor Vendor – Hot or Cold Held Food ($75)
- Indoor Vendor – Shelf Stable Food ($25)
- If selected for the Holiday Village, vendors must submit completed application and supporting paperwork by 11/4/2024.
Up to 8 vendors will be chosen to participate in the Food Hall. Selection of vendors is at the discretion of the Town Manager. Priority will be given based on date of application receipt and type of cuisine offered (avoiding multiples). If selected for the Holiday Village, vendors must submit completed application and supporting paperwork by 11/4/2024.
