The Town of Sudbury, Town Manager, invites sealed proposals relative to engineering and environmental assessment of the conversion of the rail bed in Sudbury owned by the Executive Office of Transportation into a section of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail.

Proposals will be received at the

until Friday, April 7, 2006 at 2:00 p.m.

Award of a contract under this RFP shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Selectmen. The Town of Sudbury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, wholly or in part, and to accept any proposal or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
