NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sudbury Earth Removal Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 PM

MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2013 in the LOWER TOWN HALL,

322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA

On the following application:

  1. That of NORTHERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, applicant, and COLONIAL AUTO OF SUDBURY, owner, for a Permit under the provisions of Article V(A) of the Town Bylaw, to allow removal of 2,109 cubic yards of existing fill deposits for construction of a new commercial building, property shown on Town Map K08 as Parcel 0077, 430 BOSTON POST ROAD, Business District #5.         #13-1 

The application is on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Petitioner must be present or send authorized representative.
