The Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 PM
MONDAY, May 19, 2014 in the LOWER TOWN HALL,
322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA
On the following applications:
- That of NORMAN FREEMAN, applicant and property owner, for a renewal of Special Permit 09-13, granted under the provisions of Section 2340 of the Zoning Bylaw, to conduct a Home Business, specifically a hairdressing studio, property shown on Town Map L07 as Parcel 0008, 10 DUDLEY ROAD, Residential Zone A-1. #14-15
- That of KEVIN MARKVENAS, applicant and property owner, for a Special Permit granted under the provisions of Section 2420 of the Zoning Bylaw, to install an accessory structure twelve feet from the property line resulting in a side yard setback deficiency of eight feet, property shown on Town Map J06 as Parcel 0328, 145 HORSE POND ROAD, Residential Zone A-1. #14-16
