NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 PM

MONDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2013 in the LOWER TOWN HALL,

322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA

On the following applications:

  1. That of DR. GAIL MCNEILL, applicant and ELLIOTT AND PHYLLIS MCNEILL, owners, for a modification of Special Permit 12-15, to eliminate condition #1 from the decision which restricts hours during which animals are allowed outdoors and condition #2 which requires windows to be closed year-round to reduce noise, property shown on Town Map K08 as Parcel 0090, 21 UNION AVENUE, Business District #5.     #13-30 
  2. That of SCOTT AND LISA GOLDMAN, applicants and property owners, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 2313 of the Zoning Bylaws, to raise no more than eight (8) hens on the premises, property shown on Town Map C07 as Parcel 0317, 6 CHECKERBERRY CIRCLE, Residential Zone A-1.     #13-31 
  3. That of AMY NOYES AND CARL LEGUIA, applicants and owners, for a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 5500 of the Zoning Bylaws, to allow an 802 s.f. Accessory Dwelling Unit, property shown on Town Map G11 as Parcel 0003, 72 PLYMPTON ROAD, Residential Zone C-1.           #13-32 

The applications are on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Petitioner must be present or send authorized representative.
