Search Building Department Permits By Address
The public can search permits issued by the Building Department by CLICKING HERE and entering the property address in the search bar.
The records that are available online reflect permits going back to 2009. If you wish to view the building jacket for a complete permit history and any other documentation in the file, please send an email request to building@sudbury.ma.us and we can send you a link to view the file via ShareFile.
*Please note that in order to close out open permits the homeowner must contact the permit holder/contractor (general contractor, electrician, plumber, etc.) that the permit was issued to and request they to call to schedule the inspection.
