Flu Vaccine Clinic

The Board of Health has scheduled flu shot clinics for Sudbury senior residents on November 13, 2008 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and November 17, 2008 from 12 p.m.- 4 p.m. at the Sudbury Senior Center (see below for allotted time slots by name).


Parmenter VNA Community Care in cooperation with the Sudbury Senior Center will administer flu vaccine at these two clinics to individuals in the following high risk categories:



  • Adults age 65 years or older

  • Persons with underlying chronic medical conditions

Pneumococcal immunization shots will be available during the clinic for those with a doctor’s order.


The Sudbury Senior Center has allotted the following time slots:


by last names beginning with M-Z on Monday, November 13, 2008 should arrive at



  • 9-10 am M,N,O

  • 10-11 am P,Q,R,S

  • 11-12 am T,U,W,X,Y,Z 

 


by last name beginning with A-L on Thursday, November 17, 2008 should arrive at



  • 12-1 pm A,B,C 

  • 1-2 pm D,E,F 

  • 2-3 pm G,H,I

  • 3-4 pm J,K,L

It is requested that seniors please bring their health insurance cards. Wear a short-sleeved shirt or roll-up sleeves.
