The Sudbury Health Department will hold curb side Flu Clinics. The location has changed. It will be held at the Sudbury DPW Building located at 275 Old Lancaster Rd. Dates of the Clinic will be November 17th and 18th 1:00 – 3:00 PM. There will be a Snow date of November 19th. Adult Flu Form here. Kids Flu Form here.
