A H1N1 Flu Clinic will be on Tuesday December 1st 2009 at Curtis Middle School Gym (east entrance) 22 Pratts Mill Rd  from 5-7:30pm.


Limited supply consisting of 180 H1N1 FluMist doses and 100 injectible doses will be made available through the Board of Health to the following Sudbury Residents:




  • Children 2-4 yrs


  • Caregivers of children ages 4 & under


  • Young adults 19-24


  • People 4-49 yrs  with underlying medical conditions where your medical provider has said mist is OK to receive

 * Please Note that citizens with asthma/egg allergies cannot receive FluMist.


* Injectibles will be made available for pregnant women and the groups above that have asthma.


Registration is necessary. Please register at http://sudbury.ma.us/flu  Further information for the clinic will be on the Registration Form.
