Project description
The Pine Hill Village is located on Stow Road in the Town of Harvard, Massachusetts. The site is 20.5 acres, and the project consists of 23 units, of which 6 will be affordable and sold on a First Come, First Serve basis. The application package has details regarding the affordable units.
There are four 2BR units, and two 3BR units.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. The units will be ready starting this fall, continuing through 2021. Detailed information can be found in the application.
