Payroll Coordinator

The Town of Sudbury is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Payroll Coordinator.

Under the general supervision of the Assistant Town Accountant, the Payroll Coordinator is principally involved with processing of payroll, maintaining database for employee benefits and administrative work and record-keeping in an accounting environment. Also performs varied highly responsible duties requiring extreme accuracy and discretion, responsible for overseeing the administrative payroll functions and generally supervises one employee.

Candidates must meet the minimum requirements in the job description posted below. 

Accounting and municipal government experience is helpful. Associates degree preferred.

Full-time 35 hours/week.  The starting salary range is $47,086 to $52,833 plus excellent benefits.  (top step in range to $61,929)
