Planning Board to Adopt Site Plan Rules and Regulations

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 8:00 pm at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA for the purpose of adopting Site Plan Rules and Regulations. The proposed regulations are substantially the same as those followed by the Board of Selectmen, with the exception of the Planning Board now awarded permit granting authority, as voted at the 2015 Annual Town Meeting.
Full copies of the revised Site Plan Rules and Regulations can be viewed here or at the Planning Board office during normal business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed subject matter should appear at the time and place designated.
