What will the Planning Board do with the Master Plan? Will it be another study that collects dust on the office shelves?

The Planning Board expects to hit the floor running upon completion of the Master Plan by bringing several initiatives to Town Meeting in the spring of 2000. The Board is currently working on the rewrite of the zoning bylaw, walkways, wastewater alternatives on Route 20, water conservation and senior housing initiatives. Some of these will require Town Meeting votes. Others will continue to be studied for future Town Meeting votes. |
