Public Hearing on Proposed Zoning Article

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, the Sudbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts concerning revisions to the Accessory Dwelling Unit bylaw on the Warrant for the April 6, 2009 Annual Town Meeting. Amend Zoning Bylaw Section 5500, Single Accessory Dwelling Unit by deleting the current bylaw in its entirety and replacing it with revised provisions.
