Public Hearing on Draft Stormwater Regulations

In accordance with the provisions of Article V(F), Section 4.B of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws, the Planning Board, jointly with the Conservation Commission, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road to promulgate regulations for the new Stormwater Management Bylaw adopted at the 2009 Annual Town Meeting.
Copies of the Draft Stormwater Regulations are available in the Planning and Community Development Office and the Conservation Commission Office, or can be downloaded here.
Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed regulations should appear at the time and place designated.
