Public Hearing on Subdivision and Stormwater Permit, Livermore Estates
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
SUDBURY PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81T and the Sudbury Planning Board Rules& Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land, the Town of Sudbury Zoning Bylaw Section 5100, and Article V(F), Section 5.C of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws (Stormwater Management), the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday October 23, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, regarding an application submitted by SF Holdings LLC, for approval of a Definitive Subdivision Cluster Development Special Permit and Stormwater Management Permit, as shown on a plan entitled “Definitive Cluster Subdivision, Livermore Estates in Sudbury”, prepared by Sullivan Connors & Associates dated August 1, 2013, proposing a subdivision of approximately 10.0 acres into 2 lots and construction of improvements thereon. Said property is located on Maynard Road (Assessor’s Map E06, Lots 0150, 0352 and 0353), and will involve the disturbance of approximately 59,000 sq. ft. of land area and which contains areas with slopes greater than 15%.
Copies of the plan and application are available in the Planning and Community Development Office and may be inspected during regular office hours.
Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed application should appear at the time and place designated.
