PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

SUDBURY PLANNING BOARD

In accordance with the provisions of Article IX, Section 4200 (Water Resource Protection Overlay District) of the Town of Sudbury Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, regarding a Water Resource Protection District Special Permit application submitted by the Town of Sudbury, Applicant and Owner, to install an emergency back-up power generator and 409 gallon diesel fuel tank as part of the construction of the new Police Station Headquarters located at 77 Hudson Road (Town Assessor’s Map G08-0008), which is within Zone 3 of the Water Resource Protection Overlay District.

Copies of the plan and application are available in the Planning and Community Development Office and may be inspected during regular office hours.  

Any person interested, or wishing to be heard on the proposed application should appear at the time and place designated.
