Curious about the major issues facing Massachusettes? Want to tell your legislators about your priorities and concerns?

Sudbury’s three state legislators, Senators Susan Fargo and James Eldridge and Representative Thomas Conroy, will outline the key legislation expected to come up on Beacon Hill in the coming legislative session and then answer audience questions at a public forum sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Sudbury.

The forum, Ask Your Legislators, will be held in Town Hall in Sudbury Center Monday, Oct. 19, at 7:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public.

The legislators will give a brief overview of the coming year, including the state’s financial situation. Audience members will then be able to ask questions at an open microphone.

Questions may also be submitted in advance for moderator Sue Abrams to ask. Send advance questions to askyourlegislators@comcast.net.

The forum will be broadcast live on Sudbury cable access channels 8 (Comcast) and 31 (Verizon) and rebroadcast later.

The League of Women Voters of Sudbury is a non-partisan organization and does not support or oppose any political party or candidate. For membership information, visit the League’s web site, www.SudburyLeague.com, or contact Marilyn Ellsworth, 978-443-5752.
