The Winter Gift Market will be a featured highlight of the 2026 Sudbury Holiday Village! Local artists are invited to apply for a table at the Market. Applications are due 10/16/26.

- Setup on Friday, 12/4/26 or Saturday, 12/5/26
- NO COST to apply or participate
Up to 25 artists will be chosen to participate in the Winter Gift Market. Selection of artists is at the discretion of the Town Manager. Priority will be given based on:
- Quality, creativity, and originality of work
- Medium and art category (avoiding multiples)
- Availability of winter/holiday themed items
- Gift range price points

Am I able to apply to the Gift Market if I am not a Sudbury resident?
Yes! Any local artist is invited to apply.
Are you limiting the number of artisans to 25 due to space constraints?
Yes. The event has a great turnout and we need to allow sufficient space for event attendees and vendors. Like last year, this year’s Gift Market will take place at Sudbury’s Fairbank Community Center.
Is the display space only 8’?
Some additional space will be available beside and behind your table. Your table is your main space to set up a display.
When will I know if I’ve been selected to participate?
All applicants will be notified via email by Monday, October 26, 2026 if they have been selected. Apply today!
