Local food vendors are invited to apply for a space. Applications are due 10/16/26.

- NO VENDOR FEE
- For indoor vendors: 8‘ space, table & chairs provided
- Sudbury Health Department Permit Required
- Food Permit On-Line Application
- If selected for the Holiday Village, vendors must submit completed application and supporting paperwork by 11/6/2026.
Up to 13 vendors will be chosen to participate in the Food Hall. Selection of vendors is at the discretion of the Town Manager. Priority will be given based on date of application receipt and type of cuisine offered (avoiding multiples).

If selected for this year’s Holiday Village, vendors must submit a completed Food Permit Application by 11/6/2026. Spaces will be assigned on a rolling basis – apply today!
