Request For Quotations – Installation of HVAC Ductwork

The Town of Sudbury Permanent Building Committee is requesting quotations from HVAC contractors for installation of HVAC return ductwork at the DPW building, 275 Old Lancaster Road. The RFQ, plans, scope of work, and contract documents are available April 19, 2005 on, from 9 a.m. — 3 p.m. at the Building Office, 275 Old Lancaster Rd., Sudbury, and quotations are due at that office by 3 p.m. on May 4, 2005. The work, estimated at under $25,000, is expected to commence upon contract signing and be completed by June 30, 2005, unless otherwise agreed. Minimum wage rates have been set for the project. A labor and materials payment bond, or other surety acceptable to the Town, in the amount of 50% of the proposal amount is required by statute.
