We are having trouble receiving External phone calls. Our IT Department is working to resolve this issue and it’s expected that the phones will be back to full service after 1:00 p.m. today. Updates will be provided as they become available.
Phone calls have been received via the auto attendant line: 978-443-8891. General office and direct extensions can be accessed via this number.
Town Offices affected are:
Fairbank Center
Flynn Building
Goodnow Library
Highway/DPW Building
Town Hall
If you need to contact one of these offices during the phone service disruption, please note that Town offices are open and Town emails are not affected by the disruption.
