The 6th Annual HOPEsudbury Telethon & Auction is scheduled for Saturday, November 3, 2007.

Once again, the event will showcase a variety of local talent and feature a host of great items and services for auction. The Telethon will take place at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School and be broadcast live on Sudbury Cable Channel 8.

The bulk of the funds raised in 2007 will support the HOPEsudbury Community Assistance Fund, which provides short-term financial assistance to Sudbury residents in need and the new Metrowest Free Medical Program, which provides healthcare services to the uninsured in the Metrowest area.

Planning for the Telethon begins during the summer. Volunteers are needed to help with production, fundraising, auction solicitation and publicity.
