SENIOR CENTER IS EMERGENCY SHELTER, CHARGING AND WARMING STATION
As many are still without power, the Sudbury Senior Center has been set up as an emergency shelter as well as a charging and warming station. Residents are encourage to come to the Senior Center if they need to get warm or charge devices. Cots are also set up for those who need a warm place to rest or sleep. The center is open 24 hours a day for the time being.
Additionally, The Longfellow Club on Rt. 20 on the Sudbury/Wayland line is offering their shower facilities to those who do not have power. Residents should check in at the front desk and note that they do not have power and need to use the showers. The high school will also be open for showers only at 10am on Friday 3/9.
Lastly, we ask that residents can check in on their neighbors, particularly those who are elderly or disabled, so ensure that everyone in town is safe.
If you have any questions, please call the Senior Center at 978-443-3055.
