  • Mass Hire Framingham Career Center
    • Assistance with job search and applications
    • Workshops on a variety of topics such as: resume writing, job search, interviewing, etc.
    • Access to computers and office supplies needed to apply for jobs
    • Staff available to assist, including case advisors for those with intensive needs that meet eligibility
    • Funding for continuing education for those who are unemployed and seeking additional training to re-enter the work force
  • One Family Inc.
    • Credential to Career – A free 12-week program that helps parents identify a pathway to a career that pays a family-sustaining wage, with resume help and scholarships. Program participants will explore different career options that match their skills, experiences, and interests; determine what credential they need to enter a preferred career and create a plan to achieve goals.
    • One Family Scholars – Coaching & Scholarships (including scholarships to help pay for books and living expenses) for single parents with low-incomes working toward Associates or Bachelors degrees.
  • Career Connections – Provides career preparation services to individuals ages 17-24, including career exploration, training and employment, internships, HiSET (formerly GED) prep, skill-building and case management. Click here to email for more information. 
  • Center for Women and Enterprise – Helps women and men increase professional success, personal growth, and financial independence. Offers affordable, comprehensive courses on starting and growing your business while encouraging collaboration with other entrepreneurs.
  • Employment Options, Inc. – Provides job training and support obtaining employment to adults with all disabilities as well as additional psychosocial and emotional supports.
  • Conversational English Groups for Speakers of Other Languages – Dates & times for English conversation classes being held at the Framingham Public Library for low beginners to advanced speakers.
  • Mass Rehab Commission (Vocational Training for People with Disabilities) – Vocational rehab helps people with physical, cognitive, intellectual, or mental health conditions learn how to manage the modern workplace.
  • Lincoln-Sudbury Adult & Community Education – Various adult education classes on social issues, technology, home and garden, financial and legal, languages, fitness, college and test prep, and creative and culinary arts.
