  • Bay Path Elder Services – Services for elders including assisted living advocacy, mental health support, housing options, one-on-one support for caregivers, in-home care, LGBTQ+ support, financial support, protective services, and more.
  • Sudbury Senior Center – Provides social, recreational, educational, resource/referral, and support services for seniors.
  • Seniors Blue Book – Comprehensive resource guide on navigating senior housing, care, resources, and services.
  • MA Executive Office of Elder Affairs – Promotes independence, empowerment, and well-being of older people, individuals with disabilities, and their families, including Medicare savings programs, support for caregivers, aging in community, and more.

Homecare and Caregivers

Financial Support

  • Frail Elder Waiver Benefits and Eligibility (FEW) – Community supports for MassHealth-eligible elders who would otherwise need facility-based care, including Alzheimer’s/Dementia coaching, chore help, companion, complex care training, emergency response system, environmental accessibility adaptation, grocery shopping and laundry, transportation, home delivered meals, and more.

 Legal Support

  • Attorney General’s Elder Hotline – Seek information or report issues around financial exploitation, scams, long-term care, housing, abuse or neglect.
  • Elder Abuse and Neglect Hotline – Report physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, caregiver neglect, financial exploitation, or self-neglect, 24 hours a day online or by phone.
  • Legal Help for Elders -Provides no-cost legal information and referral services for MA residents who are 65+.
