Financial Support
- Frail Elder Waiver Benefits and Eligibility (FEW) – Community supports for MassHealth-eligible elders who would otherwise need facility-based care, including Alzheimer’s/Dementia coaching, chore help, companion, complex care training, emergency response system, environmental accessibility adaptation, grocery shopping and laundry, transportation, home delivered meals, and more.

Legal Support
- Attorney General’s Elder Hotline – Seek information or report issues around financial exploitation, scams, long-term care, housing, abuse or neglect.
- Elder Abuse and Neglect Hotline – Report physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, caregiver neglect, financial exploitation, or self-neglect, 24 hours a day online or by phone.
- Legal Help for Elders -Provides no-cost legal information and referral services for MA residents who are 65+.
