- Trevor Project – LGBTQ Suicide Prevention and Resources – Access resources regarding sexual orientation, mental health, gender identity, community, suicide, and diversity among people who are LGBTQ.
- LGBT National Help Center – Serving gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning individuals by providing free and confidential peer support and local resources related to coming-out, relationships, bullying, safe sex and more. - Patient Navigator for LGBT+ Older Adults – Help with and accompaniment to medical appointment from trained volunteers for adults age 60+.
LGBTQIA+ Seniors
- Sudbury Senior Center LGBTQ Support – Provides referrals to health insurance counselors, elder attorneys, and home services committed to respecting LGBT older adults.
- Fenway Health LGBTQIA+ Aging Project – Provides LGBTQIA+ bereavement support group, a weekly zoom drop in, and a list of welcoming community events in the area.
- SAGE LGBT Senior Resources – Resources on caregiving, discrimination, health care, HIV/AIDS, housing, legal and financial issues, and more.
