Wellness from Within: Harvesting Gut Health for Mental Balance

Understanding the relationship between gut health and mental health can empower us to make positive changes toward our family’s wellness and has implications for parenting, schools, healthcare, and government policy. Please join us for an exciting talk for Mental Health Month by Dr. Anastasia Galanopoulos, PhD,ECMH® on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 6:00p.m.

 

Dr. Galanopoulos has 30 years of experience in Human Development specializing in social & emotional development and cultural context. She is a trainer, coach, and international speaker and is writing a health memoir translating recent research on the microbiome as it relates to early childhood experiences and adult health.  Her coaching practice, Galanopoulos Education and Training, focuses on the concept of gut health as both the source and the solution of all health challenges.  She works preventatively and therapeutically with clients on cooking, stress reduction, and strengthening relationships for mental wellness and high quality, healthy, and happy living.
